Fly to Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban with South African Airways, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Etihad, Jet Airways, Air India and a host of other airlines and then drive or take domestic flights to the National Parks. South Africa however has 10 International airports and approximately 30 domestic airports for smooth flight connections.
One can also hop on a cruise ship from Cape Town or Durban depending on your destination. The most famous being the St. Helena.
There are also good train and bus connections to and within South Africa.
Offering one of the world’s best safari experiences, this park has an overabundance of African Wildlife! Earlier known as Sabi Game Reserve, this park now extends to some provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga in northeastern South Africa. It is named after the 19th century African President Paul Kruger who established the park in 1898. The park is divided in to 14 different ecozones, each supporting different wildlife.

The drive to Kruger from Johannesburg is extremely scenic and takes just about 5 hours on a very smooth metallic road.

Sabi Sands is a private reserve right adjacent to the Kruger National Park. The park's name comes from the Sabie River on its southern boundary and the Sand River flowing through it. A photographer’s delight, this park boasts of the highest leopard sightings in South Africa. Not accessible to day visitors, the game here is as good as the Kruger National park, only that its game is exclusive for its residents. Large Species of Birds and of course the Big Five are easily spotted here.

Sabi is connected with Johannesburg via a short flight(75mins) into Hoedspruit Airport in Kruger National Park and then a light aircraft can be taken into the reserves.
By Road
